ACLH released info about the ability to clean ships, this is trading low for a couple main reasons

1 fear...so typical sell off.

2 flippers..getting impatient.

This is a 90 day minimum disaster. Its been said numerous times at this point. Pull up youtube and research for ground zero videos of the REAL disaster..not the media (downplayed one)
