Hi

We do have an agreement with a strategic industry leader.
No we do not have a deal with Lantheus yet we look forward to their new
PET pharma and know that our PET device, the Attrius, is a perfect
system to image with their product.
We will announce as soon as it is possible and when we believe its most
advantageous to the bigger picture. I hope it will be soon yet we are
making progress on so many fronts that this announcement will be one of
a number of things to come.

Is it indeed a fact that Positron does have a second agreement in

We only speak to what is happening in the company.

Our corporate press releases are the ones to follow 100%.

Our statement yesterday was.

Positron has an agreement with an industry leading strategic partner.
Positron has agreed with this partner that due to recent expansion of
the
relationship and competitive advantages that it is in the best interest
of
all parties not to disclose any further details at this time and will do
so
in the near future.



Much more will be demonstrated and released week after week.



I appreciate your feedback. We were asked to make last minute changes
and it
through our the conference.


We will do a better job of informing our shareholders starting today.
