I believe ELCR to be a smart buy. In response to the ELCR message I would like to add: Buy at the ASK price, don't try to short by ordering at the bid. Bid choppers just hurt everyone. the bid is placed in the sell column which means that it doesn't increase the volume one share. When you buy at the ASK price, everyone wins.
