In the investment world, until this company is comprehensively audited, the earnings are not fact (which the stock is clearly communicating). Pretty much nothing is fact about a pinkie in this context, which is why you see stocks respond better to obvious, flagrant falsehoods or hype than this stock has to this.

Also, more or less a billion shares have been traded since the earnings report, which is nearly a third of the outstanding, which in itself should be disquieting, given that absolute lack of price action. Clearly holders of nearly a third of the outstanding shares were happy or willing to sell in the 0007-001 range, despite claimed earnings of .00009ish for the quarter.
