Matty - Nova BioGenetics - thought just crossed my mind. I would speculate we haven't heard anything with regard to them because of the LOI with Aerus. If BioShield could arrange to get Nova funded which in turn would bestow some wealth upon its creator (BSTI), would that not fall under the category of "recapitalization"? Although technically, I don't think it would legally fall under that heading, because BSTI wouldn't be recapitalized but just provided some much needed funds, I would still speculate that they would wait till after the period of DD to announce anything.
Matty - I just know of your interest in that aspect of this company - so I thought I'd toss my 2 cents in your direction. I believe somewhere down the road Nova BioGenetics will bear fruit and we will all be pleased. Right now it appears to be kind of a forgotten "Apple", that fell off of the tree, laying around getting nice and ripe. LOL
