Either or, I'm fine with what it does. If it goes down, I'm looking to go shopping. If it goes up, I'm excited for the payoff. It's nice to watch my portfolio lit up green.
If you look at the stock prices I listed in my other post, I think we will be somewhere in the middle with wellstone. I predict $25-$35 when it's fully operational and in demand.
