I honestly never expected to hear about Aerus either. The way I looked at it, Aerus would either decided to move forward or not by today. Assuming the best and they want to move forward, they would sit down with someone at bsti (not sure who anymore) and let them know their intentions. At that point, they could make an offer in writing. BSTI management would either agree in principle or make a counter offer in principle. Eventually they get things together and then their lawyers talk to our lawyers. If an agreement can be made, the lawyers put it in a final draft, and send out a PR that outlines the key points. I havent known bsti to do anything quickly. I bet they could spread the next phase out to say... right after the Q? If the DD didn't go as well, then I would expect to hear much quicker that they weren't interested.
