Let me get this straight... Your saying, the only reason companies are acquired is because they are "profitable"...

I beg to differ, the 8-K does not state we aren't getting any shares... It doesn't say MEVT no longer holds the "new fire inhibitor" Does it?... Therefore, it's safe to assume MEVT still has a product, right?...

If MEVT does have a product, and EPRO does not... Then EPRO would have to buy or find a way to gain access to it, no?... Which could be a possible reason as to why EPRO would (acquire) MEVT...
