TESS is not a chaser, I love it because the computer settings for bid and sell can be manipulated by 1K during flat no trade spans, yestterday with 65K plus volume I was able to move it from 13.70 to 14.30 just raising my ask 15 times, each time bid and ask was raised as only 100 bid and ask size was maning the share price vectors. But it eat up much of my cash and I will not play again until $13.
