there seems to be some news starting to circulate on this one. Could be a while for it to take hold, but at these levels it looks attractive. At least to start building a position. Just read an article that solar panel demand could double this year and another article that they had a scientific breakthrough that will lower costs for most solar companies. Not to mention the DOE(dept of energy) just allotted 62 million for concentrating solar power over the next five years.
