I think I got this figured out. If IH or yourself calls out an alert to buy a stock and it runs positive it is up to us to sell and then it goes in your chart as a positive % gain. But if it tanks immediately after you call an alert and it never reachs the alert price again for that trading year it goes in the 0-50% section. Since if it has a negative return, then in fact it is 0% profit. ok I got it. very slick my friend. very slick marketing gimick. i salute you.
