That is what they want you to believe, that they are ahead of the Bulls, lol. OS has been going up to pay for acquisitions and options. This is not rocket science, shares added means more supply and without verification of funding, etc, less demand. These guys are not Nostradamus, just looking at the trend. The funding is what will change that in a heartbeat. Until the funding hits, it is a crapshoot on whether being out or in is the place to be. I'm betting when funding hits, these prices will disappear instantly, but until then, we get to put up with our "friends", lol.
