I have no doubts that SDVI will need to clean-up their share count at some point in the future in order to attract the true long term investors (no offense intended to those on this board)as they uplist to higher markets and become a fully reporting company.
The only other option I see for them is to do a share buy back after they become more cash flow positive and retire the shares but that takes a long time to do so most companies opt for the R/S which is quick and painfull for the shareholders..
