There are trades going through... What is your buy price? If you are trying to buy it at the bid .0004 that's probably why you aren't getting any shares. There aren't a lot of people selling. You could try and wait for someone to sell at that price or you can raise your buy order to the ask price and it'll most likely go through. It all depends on how you play the market. Some people will try to wait a few days, weeks, etc... to get cheaper shares and other people buy in higher to make sure they get the shares they want
