The only thing this can be is pure manipulation. We have seen 25M shares traded in the .0020 to .0022 range with no PPS change. The other day on our short little run, 20M shares bought, caused the PPS to go from .0020 to .0038.

It's almost like the MM's are changing shares between themselves to create volume and in turn panic selling.

I'll be glad when Friday gets here and we are above these levels!
