I think you should be more concerned that the sec sent rich a letter 5 years ago and he did not and has yet to respond. That is exactly what I have been talking about. Poor management performance. Everybody, including rich, is acting so surprised now - must be a conspiracy against little TRGD. Let's blame it all on something else besides what it is - horribly run company. It's the fault of the shorts, mexico, and anything else that rich, brown and mud can dig up. (Hey mud, where is your number one fan CL? He sure has been quiet.)

There may be a lot more surprises when the financials are finally done - find the money trail and see where it leads.
