mevt had paid 6 million shares for the hartindo rights....the 6 million shares were issued to joel gardner, his brothers, his car dealers, etc etc, all under joel's direction...these shares were for the purchase of the hartindo rights....

when mevt ordered product, the product was not delivered...they were given a number of excuses why they could not deliver product...then mgon turned around and re sold the "exclusive" rights, stating that they were co exclusive...the, whole time refusing to give any product...

theres more to the story, and im told its going to unfold.

bottom line is, mgon has been countering any claim mevt has made that they own the rights,...just because joel's payment went through pcl, it doesnt mean that pcl can dissolve, meaning that mevt dont still own the rights...

i think what is happening here is that mevt doesn't want the rights...they just want their shares back...im not even sure the shares were registered....if the shares were not registered, joel and his crew would have to buy back every single share, or go to jail...and seeing how the shares were issued for something that was never deleivered, i dont think it be hard to find a judge tor ule in our favor here, if in fact thats wat is happening....

if this was the case, that would mean 6 million shares would have to be purchased from the open market.

joel had sold blocks of this mevt stock to private people, telling them that "he" had sold the "exclusive" rights of hartindo to mevt...this is a no brainer.

any so caled mileage that was gottn out of the announcing of these rights only enable joel and his crew to sell their shares.....the DTC's will show who was selling...i highly doubt management was selling

mevt911, you know first hand what is happening here so dont pretend you dont.....all i can say is if you sold unregistered mevt shares that your cousin, brother (or whatever joel's relation to you)

the hartindo manufacturer never even provided costing, samples of product to mevt....how can someone accept 6 million shares payment of what might not even had been registered stock, for the so caled rights of something...this is in the bag.

im confident that this will all work out....im confident that we will still get epro shares too...i dont know this for sure, but they will think of someway to reward us.
