For those who read Sterlings Classroom: I have not been approved yet to post messages there, and it seems the burning question is why is Rendell Williams (the CEO of USCA) selling alot of his shares. He has registered some of his 144 shares to sell, my interpretation of registering your 144 shares is to enable you to sell if one wants to after the registered date...It is not a must sell situation, it simply enables him to sell if he so chooses.

Sorry to post here but was unable to get it on Sterlings Board. Maybe someone can send this information over to that board if able.
