Yes No Prob.

I saw it.

In business, an officer selling a large amount of shares is not a good sign, at least for the short term.

In the land of pennys, the above is still true plus it lines the pocket of that person usually at shareholder's expense.

Period.

That'a s Kool-Aid free comment about bottom line insider trading.

The Kool-Aid recipe is still around, but we're about down to one of the last batches. Fewer and fewer are drinking. They will likely still hold what they have left like I am, but this story has now run it's course from bizzare, to feeble, to now obvious.

I understand things take time. Many people do. But date after date, promise after promise, non-event after non-event has occurred for days, for weeks, for months, for years (2 1/2).

A half a dozen to a dozen men. A spider-web of a story to keep 50,000 interested. The result is more of the same. Those half dozen or dozen men get rich at our expense dumping new shares, or selling large blocks of their shares on the market.

I pray their intentions have been known and seen by a higher power. Reward them and us soon if they are good. Let them rot behind bars, along with ANY and ALL family members involved if this has been nothing more than an elaborate snake oil scam.

It sucks to waste bandwidth like this. The only good is last year, after the CMKX build-up was reaching peak levels beginning in June, many were lured away from looking at other good plays for pretty much the remainder of 2004. This year, with the last batch of Kool-Aid being served now, things will change.

If after the 3rd week of January the masses see there was nothing magic, and this was a typical CEO dumping his shares, I'm not sure how much more energy they'll have left after dozens of rounds of NOTHING. Like I say, they'll hold their shares (we have no choice at .0001), but money and energy may flow back to many other plays again making it a good market to be watching this year.

Either way, this saga has to end soon. Too many good people are shareholders, and this story reeks the longer this goes.

If pr's from October were not lies, there should be hundreds of tons of ore from Ecuador that have been recovered by now.
You would think that would be all the income USCA would need.

I hear the Kool-Aid talking saying he's using the money to buy incredible claims and finds. For only $1.5 million?? Not hardly. The 1.5 mil will either line pockets or yes, be used to buy something else to pr (pump) to add another section to the web, to keep the web going.

Full of cheer and happiness tonight huh? lol

Actually I'm just sick of about a dozen men trying to continue to make money on the backs of 50,000 of us. Luckily, more and more are waking up to this.

The fan is on high.
Sh** will hit it soon.
The question is, which way will the fan be pointing?
