No. I believe they shoudnt be allowed to be part of a publicly traded company too. That said, there was enough info out there on these guy's that should have been a red flag to anyone.Therefore they shoudnt have invested. I posted, back in the summer a copy of a letter from SPNG's transfer agent showing the AS a s 2.5 billion shares outstanding, the positive poster shrugged it off as a forgery that I created.
I love being part of a group who was exposing these pigs. I am far from the best at doing that. I use Google and was able to find all types of stuff that didnt make sense. Then there are posters who found all kinds of bad stuff, court cases, prior scams etc.
Bottom line when you press buy on a pink sheet stock be ready to lose it all.
