It must have been difficult to refrain from including other allegations based on the massive public touting by celebrity entities and organized individuals of what IMHO is and always has been a fraud perpetrated on common shareholders by YAGI and a willing succession of handsomely paid Neomedia management.

I can imagine that between cocktails YAGI and their lawyers are picking out the loopholes they will harp on to drag this out.
