Surprised it took all day for this to be found out. After doing some DD with the Nevada SOS, searching for Envirotek, which was gone. I was able to dig further and came across envirotek's new name SUFFER.

the central index key matches pinksheets and a search for Robert Thompson shows he was on the board of Suffer, but was removed. Shocker as he needed to go badly anyways IMHO.

I see the ENTK connection with this totally now. Didn't they sponsor him for UFC 111 ? This has been in the works for some time, at least since March 27th, the date of UFC 111.
