The GAAP net loss for the first quarter of 2010 was $1.5 million, or a net loss of $0.02 per share, compared to a GAAP net loss of $2.3 million, or a net loss of $0.03 per share, in the first quarter of 2009.

The Non-GAAP net loss for the first quarter of 2010 was 1.2 million, compared to non-GAAP net loss of $1.3 million in the first quarter of 2009.
