4. File form 3's at least for Glenn, JD and new CEO.....

5. PR the name of the new CEO......they are just looking for the right time to announce it and move forward.

6. Update us on the "ETC" business....

7. Update us on why in the 11th hour the A/S had to be increased after advising us that the 100 million share deal gave the company its short term working capital....IMO...for 350 million share increase...it had to be a HUGE deal...hope so...looking forward to hearing about it....
