Tika;
While those are typically valid points in a given situation , I'd have to disagree with the premise that ENTK is a "shell" (as in: an empty equity consisting of nothing more than a corporate securities registry). At the very least , we know that ENTK has controlling interests in Extreme Biodiesel & All Green Energies.....those would be considered "assets" & are of value to one degree or another.

Beyond that , I'm thinking that this apparel company , could possibly be a big deal. Based on the PR , they (presumably ?) want ENTK for the purposes of producing: "printing oils and Inks along with textile products". Not saying this is 'fact' but my 'suppostion' is that they intend to convert & utilize the Extreme bio-refinery facilities to produce these products. If this supposition is valid , I'm thinking this could conceivably be a big (investor-friendly) development for us. Seems like , to make the cost of this acquisition make sense for them , they'd be having to produce a great deal of printing OILS & inks.....the Extreme facilities seem pretty large for a limited venture in this respect.

Seems like the question we might want to ask ourselves here is:
How large would an 'apparel company' need to be to justify the need for 1,000's of gals. of (oils & inks) production per week......last time I heard, Extreme could produce 4,000 gals./wk. of bio-diesel.
There's really no way of knowing without more info but one thing seems clear....nobody would pay a million$+ (?) to 'under-utilize' a procured asset.....somethins'-up & logic would indicate its a something big.

I'm also thinking a R/M could well be in-the-works as we speak.......I just checked the Nevada SOS registry & ENTK's registry is 'no longer there', at all. Besides the other 4 other un-related Envirotek's recorded there , ours (#5) has been in-effect ever since the name-change from INCL. All of a sudden , 'its gone completely'.....this would indicate (to me) that the entire ENTK Nevada corporate registry file has been relocated to another corporate registry name, pending further action. If it had been revoked or cancelled , it would still be recorded at the same location as before.

Lastly; I'm really curious about the: "along with textile products" aspect of this....Not sure anybody is into wearing algae or jathropha underwear but it seems to me that 'Hemp" (a proven 'green' textile product) could conceivably come into the picture here at some point.

Just bouncing some ideas around here.
This is AIMHO of course.
