Ya, that is kind of along the lines I was thinking. I can't help but think, whatever the arrangement, that he has made this move in order to get a bigger piece of the pie.

Is it possible that he knows Quest will be delaying this for a longer period of time and he has come on board to help take this test in a new direction? Or maybe he realized that the combination of his expertise combined with HDVY's technology he can bring some of his own ideas to fruition and have a large stake in it.

Who knows? Just thinking out loud here.
