China MediaExpress files to delay its 10-Q (11.26 +0.30)

Co discloses that it completed a significant corporate financing transaction, which involved the engagement of an external valuer to assess the fair vlue which resulted in the financial statements not being completed in sufficient time to solicit and obtain the necessary review of the quarterly report.
