The question was what happens on June 1, 2010? The answer is that GoIP Global BEGINS charging whatever clients with which GoIP Global has signed a contract for the GO800 service.
Some time thereafter, likely in the third quarter of this year, GoIP Global should announce its first financials regarding revenues, costs, etc. As a pink sheet stock, however, they are not necessarily required to disclose revenue, profits, etc.
So the short answer to your question as far as the PPE goes, June 1st may prove somewhat anticlimactic, as no financials will yet have been created. Perhaps, however, GOIG will announce some of its more big-name contracts, assuming GOIG has such contracts.
