I have not sold a share - once uplsiting occurs and permits are received there's nothing stopping immediate implimentation of the plan in New York and Al Sousa appears to be ready in Florida (permits will be a formally). The processor, being so simple, will be easy to manufacture and assemble. I expect JBII will have local machine shops at the ready when permits are finally issued or they may even have started warehousing parts for quick assembly.
