We know the terms of the lines of credit "are very favorable" because that is how Dean described them, and if he doesn't tell teh truth, he goes to jail. He also explained that the Company is fine for the rest 2010, and again, if he wasn't telling the truth, he goes to jail. That being said, I am infinitely more confident in Dean's assessment, and his desire to stay out of jail, than your assessment.
