I guess another theory could be that Quirk is holding some kind of grudge and we see a form 4 and he just keeps dumping to drive the price down. If he's some hard headed old rich F**k then I guess he can do that if he wants.

Of course I hope my first theory is correct and this one is wrong but with all the drama now going on with this stock, who really knows?
