I would say this one sentence or two sums it up :)

Unfortunately, because they have no real assets, I'm afraid SPNG will start out as a Chapter 11, then be converted to a Chapter 7, straight liquidation. At that point, the company would wind down so far it becomes impossible to purchase the shell.

so like i said, who would want it :)
