Everythin ACLH has put out has been fluff and useless PR.
They are getting held up by PSC, it'll hold around these levels for a couple days till BP starts selecting companies for the cleanup effort. Thats what I expect BCLE is doing waiting to get confirmation and issue a PR of real value and not BS fluff stuff for a temporary pump.
