It's become obvious to me that,

CCTC will move up when NOBODY is expecting it to !!

I have seen this so many times.

Stocks rarely move up when you see so many "Bullish" traders and investors, believing it is going to move up.

They move when you're not ready for it to move, when you're least expecting it to.

When you're expecting it to move up, that's when it doesn't move up.

CCTC will surge this week, but watch out!!!
