You also have to keep in mind that there are ppl bought in the teens-.002 range who will wait and see what happens before they consider re-entering. I do hope we'll see some action from the oil spill P&D runs from the past 2 weeks. The main thing that's kept me in is that every sell on the bid gets bought up soon after.
