I understand that the RS is supposed to be effective the date the papers were stamped, but when a company does an RS a 'D' is usually put at the end of the symbol for a few days and the brokers don't allow you to trade the stock online while they are re adjusting everything. You can still buy or trade the stock, but you usually have to call to get that done.

There is no way that the Reverse Split has gone through yet because the share price would have jumped decimal points.
