i dont know what to think about this bb -entk was said to "be off the table" at sh meeting ,yet they were still included in the last qtrly report,and the mysterous alex padilla is still in the picture (on BOD for both companys)... and behl still has a ways to go to be more creditable than entk as they too said they were going to RM ,uplist,blah blah blah.. i still have yet to see it....show me the form 10 for either and i'll believe it! we were both told about the uplisting in 30 days by fisher at the shareholder meeting,well that's come and gone lets hope that our convo W/frank is more fruitful...nothing to be said about the mysterous 500m shares that are now unrestricted and boxing us in at sub penny...or how about how the current AS is inadaquate to handle the conv. of pref shares with out an increase to the as ,or without a RS these are a few questions i'd like to see answered...i've been here longer that most on this board and to be honest the BS and constant changing of plans is getting really old..i really hope BEHL dosent wipe out my equity before they become profitable as entk did...and many pinks do
