IMO the shell is already sold, they're just going through the normal DD and paperwork. One of his shells was sold to China Plastics and went from 1 penny to $9 in one day and later $15. If he does a RS it will be no more then a 1 to 5. I expect it to happen the latest by the end of June. GLTA
