Understand your frustration and agree. I hate it too and think there might be something that could be done. However, with as many 'fly by night' companies that are only shells for p&d's and with no formal SEC regulation regarding pinks other than the standard high level policies, this is too common for them to control. I think pinks are a joke. I wouldn't be in ASFX if I didn't fully believe that they will uplist soon and start trading as a 'real' company.
