this may help lehman's balance sheet in a global sense....but if preferred shares are inserted ahead of our class 9 claim then it makes it MUCH more difficult for us to reap any benefit of this. We should surely fight any effort to convert to preferred shares to benefit CREDITORS because we will likely never recover anything if this is to be their approach.
