Wayne I just left a voice mail with Chris Winter telling him that the Initial Company disclosure statements for the last 2 updates Mar 27 and Apr 7 10 outstanding shares of 57k and 127k but that the Attroneys letters for the last 2 periods reflect 127m outstanding and is the a typo because one initial compnay disclosure that say 127k if the 000 were4 left off then it would be 127m. Asked him to call me back and clarify. Also said dont know if you can answer this but many would like to know if this is an all cash offer. So I think I've done all that I can do and will let this board know if and when he replies.
