Yet what difference does it really make, did you invest because he said to? Did it cause you any decision making distress? If so maybe you should review your own decision making as to why you do the things you do. Simple caveat is make your own decisions based upon what you know, not what others tell you. Predicting a PR from this company is not exactly a difficult task, as expectations of certain obligations come due or past due, or have been stated for possible early release.

Many people post on this board about BEHL and you know which ones to read and take for whatever worth you assign, while others are here as fodder. So you make a mental list of those people and know how to use their material. But to say this individual is here as a plant or to post to make money off foretelling a simple PR process is ridiculous in itself.

No matter what happened you had to read the PR and ascertain for yourself the level of importance and then gather information from it to assign a value of risk. Nobody else can do that for you, that is your own decision and if you ignored your own decision making and went with what was said by another poster... look in the mirror at the person to blame as the fishy person on the hook.....
