Well Balihi, to answer your question one must speculate some, But in Kens own words "Rules and Regulations". This is where educated guesses come in.

You ask for Answers that can not be given and complain about speculation. Contradictory at the least...
The only thing we have to go on are these Quotes from Ken...and I wont take the time to paste the first.
"We wont increase except for a JV",, I am sure you are aware of that one, And this one from a couple days ago.(bottum page) which I am also sure you are aware of..
You know the business well, Understand your need to know, but as you have said, we just plain won't know until we are told..Confidence comes from the new law firm, who will have KATX's (hence ours) best interest in mind. Also you have a past history on Katx's track record....
We found out that one of your concerns were answered yesterday, you can make deals that lead to JV before property value is established.
Shares are commonly traded the Exploration Co for their share of mining work instead of cash. To keep their share of the mining profits, and that is my speculation...
Just concerns you have, we will find out soon enough. Although as you have mentioned some deals take longer than others and we are ahead of the curve and at least have one email to go on. More than you get from most companies I might add.
Parent Company Business Models Are Not Wink, Wink or maybe Vale is doing every thing wrong. Sorry to see you so sceptical, but I was with the share increase back in Jan, Looks to Have helped us out and glad I stayed in and am Comfortable now. Companies grow or stagnate in this business. KATX is growing IMHO and only time will prove it out. That goes for Company and any honest speculation from the board, positive or negitive. For me, education is best, to learn the vast number of options these deals have. Then I can continue to base MY decisions on DD when the PR does come out, not Emotion or fear of the unknown.
And yes, Most JV and spinoff possibilities are positive for both Shareholders and KATX...IMHO...And, I think they Hired the right firm to insure that.
What is good for Katx is good for me, and I have .
No Reason to doubt the company in my 6 mo experience,
If anything, Quite the Opposite.
I stick to the Belief the Shares are for a JV that Cannot be commented on yet, and if not, for some reason, it will be to the benifit of the company's Growth..

Believe me, we always know just how anxious our investors are, but many times they forget we are under rules and regulations and just because some things may be found out ahead of time doesn't give us the greenlight to do whatever we'd like to do. We are anxious as well but are forced to wait.
