It means there are 2 market makers on the bid at the price of .0047 and 3 market makers on the ask at the price fo .0049. Typically, the bid is the price that us common folks can sell our shares at and the ask is the price we can buy the shares at. the 93.5 is in reference to the volume, which at the time skunks posted was at 93.5 million.
