I've googled the heck out of this and I can't find anything anywhere saying that if you are a holder of 10% or more you get 2 extra years to exercise warrants. This means that there must be some language in what was issued to Quirk that leads him to believe in this particular case he does have those 2 years.

edit: Do you think Quirk means that because he has that 10% he should be able to hold for a couple more years. i.e. there's nothing specific that says that, but he just feels should be able to?
