I'm with you on the lack of transparency with Tom. I'm extremely frustrated with him too.
The PR that has came out with IMAI has been pretty solid, their business plan appears to be working, OTC status is current, their website is consistanly being updated. So I see nothing but positives coming from them and it doesn't smell scam or P&D to me.

Am I 100% sure?, no. So I will applogize for speaking for everyone on this board ......
