CCTC will need FINANCING !!..imo

read the 10-k

It was on CCTC's site.

IT WAS REMOVED !!!!

FORTUNE was sent the PR that was released from CCTC

And I have contested from way back when CCTC was nearing .20 that CCTC would come in to .05 -.10

And learning some "charting" would only help you. IMO

TA helps with entry and exit points.

All based on probability. Some signals can end up being false, etc like false breakouts, or the inverse.

LOOK ON THE FORTUNE SITE.

DO SOME DD.

I'm assuming the price of stock is linked to the unknowns. Will the company have the money to continue operations? What is the chance of bankruptcy? This must be why the stock is trading so low.

THIS IS A PRETTY GOOD RUNDOWN..imo

So we have things supposedly looming with CCTC.

ALL ARE WAITING.

FROM MARCH. TO EARLY APRIL. TO APRIL. (NOW WHAT?)

ALSO I THOUGHT CCTC was trying to become more transparent. I liked it that that restated their PR to say APRIL from EARLY APRIL.

But this is May. I thought the deal or some announcement would have been made.

WE HAVE HEARD NOTHING.

Maybe you could say the perfect storm. Or a Monster Short Squeeze. I doubt there are as many Naked Shorts as some claim.

NOW IF THERE IS BAD NEWS, CCTC has never been one to issue a PR.

THE 1st JV PARTNER CCTC had was put to an end. It was ABANDONED. We didnt hear about it till this year.

And that was formed in 2007. WHAT HAPPEND?

THIS WAS ABDANDONED
**THIS WAS HUGE SSS** but it is done...it is over...abandoned.

On October 19, 2007, we signed a joint venture agreement with Shanxi Poar Company Ltd. for the development of a facility in Shanxi province, China. The planned scale of this project was to be one million short tons annually and the facility was expected to cost $150 million. Given our inability to resolve several key issues, including the provision of a suitable property, key services and infrastructure provisions, the completion of the required feasibility study, and the commitment of the end users to purchase the clean coal product and its chemical byproducts at the price points originally contemplated, this project has been abandoned.

* this was the better deal..and was much bigger then the one they have now..imo

And this is a cause for concern in the 10-k too.

Clean Coal’s continuation as a going concern is dependent upon its ability to generate sufficient cash flow to meet its obligations on a timely basis and ultimately to attain profitability. Clean Coal has limited capital with which to pursue its business plan. There can be no assurance that Clean Coal’s future operations will be significant and profitable, or that Clean Coal will have sufficient resources to meet its objectives. These conditions raise substantial doubt as to Clean Coal’s ability to continue as a going concern. Management may pursue either debt or equity financing or a combination of both, in order to raise sufficient capital to meet Clean Coal’s financial requirements over the next twelve months and to fund its business plan. There is no assurance that management will be successful in raising additional funds.

*We do not yet know whether coal processed using our technology can be produced and sold on a commercial basis in a cost effective manner after taking into account the cost of the feedstock, processing costs, license and royalty fees and the costs of transportation. Because we have not experienced any full scale commercial operations, we have not yet developed a guaranteed efficient cost structure. We are currently using the estimates for anticipated pricing and costs, as well as the qualities of the coal processed in the laboratory and pilot scale setting to make such estimates. We may experience technical problems that could make the processed coal more expensive than anticipated. Failure to address both known and unforeseen technical challenges may materially and adversely affect our business, results of operations and financial condition.
(They dont even know if it is feasible ? )

IMO

GL

YOU WILL NEED IT

CCTC also could not close over the 50 day MA support area.

Maybe there is always tomorrow.
