Of course things like foreclosed properties addresses and who has the mortgage are easy, but I wouldn't waste my time trying to call the bank to confirm how much cash a prospective buyer or leaser has or what kind of deals they are making. My wife has over 20 years in the banking and mortgage business, my daughter has now has about 15 years working for one of the biggest bank in the nation. That kind of information would not be in the best interest of any bank to give out to to say the least. But as the play book states, the majority of people will not call anyway, and should not waste their time in this case.

So is listing a little fact and a lot of baloney for doubt per handbook.

But I will say one thing, I hope DF or BG will be trying to get the most for the least in this real estate market if any situation arises for BEHL and I would suspect they would. Anything else would be bad business. There is limited resources and any developing company has to do whatever it takes. I sure do it, but maybe I should be ashamed of myself too. big smile

One can get a scanner real cheap that hooks to a computer to put on the board. Lets get some real good stuff posted instead of just words or hearsay, come on, lets work for it. smile
