actually its both... its where you buy and sell. and when it hits a cent it wont matter if you bought at .003 or .002 much, the profit is still large.
if you plan to sell at .003 though then yes it matters if you bought at .003 or .002

those not planning to sell in 2010 well buy now, buy next week, buy next month. whatever. we all know .01 is a conservative estimate for the long haul.
