Say JV on Handcamp. With Shell..Katx Investors recieve shares in new company say 1 for 3. If you have 3 shares in KATX you will get 1 in new shell....KATX Will recieve xx% of the profits from mining....

To recieve xx% of profits you must pay your Part, sharing the cost of mining, Stock is used instead of cash, hence the shares

Spin off of property, Again, Shareholders get 1 for 3 (Only an example) and katx is the parent company and recieves xx% of profits

Still reading up on all this, this is how I understand it so far, But what I am learning for sure (less a sematic or two) Its a win win for Katx shareholders no matter which way they go, the parent company moves Big.

Drilling starts next week, Big Alone much rather this deal on top of it.
Its fun to speculate, but picking apart some else's opinions or ideas.....Well imho, poor form..Drilling is Major PPS material.

We want it, we want it all now.....Sure we do, But lets remember we are ahead of this game once again....

The shares indicate to me there Is a Jv in all this, maybe a spinoff or both. This Email says NDA to me, which is also leans to JV. 120 Wall Street will be helping I am sure. Patience..Drilling Too.

Believe me, we always know just how anxious our investors are, but many times they forget we are under rules and regulations and just because some things may be found out ahead of time doesn't give us the greenlight to do whatever we'd like to do. We are anxious
as well but are forced to wait.
